"I've never had farm fresh meat until we started working with TEAM Beef. I will never go to the grocery store again. Their product is simply amazing. In fact, I will not even eat meat at a restaurant. It just isn't the same or nearly as good as what I have at home. Bill is amazing to work with. He raises all of his stock from inception through processing and there's something special he does, I think it is the feed and genetics that make it so good and tender. What I love about the meat is it is so good without seasoning. For my family, I can't keep them out of the pan while I'm browning the meat for whatever. The amount you receive is well worth every penny. We get enough with our 1/2 side to feed a family of 4 for most of the year. It doesn't matter if you are along the front range of the Rocky Mountains or miles or states away. TEAM Beef handles everything! All you have to do is place your order. When the animal is ready TEAM Beef delivers it to a local processor. From there they will contact you so you can decide what cuts fit your family. You are in total control. "I have been purchasing a whole or half beef since 2001 from Top End Alliance Meat. Most people don’t know much about beef however being a previous agriculture teacher and coaching meat judging teams, I can tell you more than you would want to hear. I believe that most consumers do not know what good beef actually looks like or tastes like, only what they have experienced at the local grocery store. I believe that you should always purchase directly from a reliable producer that doesn’t use antibiotics or steroids. The importance of this cannot be overstated! Once you have found the right producer like Top End Alliance Meat you will never go back to the grocery store again, at least for beef that is. Also, make sure that you discuss with them the process of cutting and curing of the beef. Enjoy!"
